Have a great day out supporting your local community.
Join Team Jessie May in the Bath Half Marathon 2010.
Are you looking for your next challenge? Do you want to make a difference in your local community? Then join Team Jessie May and run in the Bath Half Marathon in
March 2010.
Registration costs £35 and we ask runners to raise a minimum of £175 in sponsorship. All runners will receive a free running vest and training and fundraising support from The Jessie May Trust fundraising team.
All money raised in sponsorship from the event will go towards providing a vital lifeline to terminally ill children and their families in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Through providing emotional and practical support to families in their own home, we can help them make the most of their precious time.

Sunday 10th May –
Bristol 10k
Make 2010 the year you get fit and healthy. Run in this popular event
and raise money for the Above & Beyond, CaRE Appeal (Chemotherapy
and Radiotherapy Environment).
With 1 in 3 people
being diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lifetime, it is a
disease which affects nearly all families. The Bristol Haematology and
Oncology Centre (BHOC) opened in 1971 and cares for over 6,500
individuals diagnosed with cancer every year, with up to 1,000 visitors
passing through the Centre each day. When talking to patients, we hear
many fantastic things about the support and advice offered by the staff,
but something that everyone agrees on is that the building, like the
Bristol Heart Institute needs to reflect the outstanding care and
brilliant people who work there.
The Above & Beyond’s
CaRE Appeal has pledged £1.6 million to transform the patient and
visitor experience at the BHOC but we need to raise the remaining
£500,000 by autumn 2010 to make the project a reality. We need your
help. Sign up for a fundraising event today and make a difference to
Bristol.

A varied ride along many designated cycle paths and quiet country lanes, the 2010 Tree Aid Cycle Challenge is a great day out, suitable for experienced cyclists seeking a scenic training run, or pleasure riders looking for a test of distance and endurance.

Appeal. Those scared of heights need not apply. Grab some friends or go
solo; either way it’s going to be a fun way of spending a day.
The Above & Beyond’s

Sunday 26th September – 3 Moors Tour
Join Above & Beyond for a challenging 3 day cycle that will take you
across some of the South West’s most stunning countryside through
Exmoor, Dartmoor and Bodmin. With only 70 places available this
challenge event is small enough to be exclusive, but big enough to feel
the camaraderie and energy of group cycling.
We’ll take care of
the route, support vehicles, bike mechanics, fuel stops and
accommodation. We ask you to raise £500 or more in aid of the CaRE
